Mr. Khaled Shakshak, President of the Audit Bureau, attended the meeting, reflecting the importance of this meeting. The company was represented by Mr. Mohamed El Amin, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and several members of the Board, in addition to a select group of managers and specialized experts from the Audit Bureau. Regarding the accompanying oversight activities of the company by the Audit Bureau, both sides emphasized the utmost importance of developing internal oversight mechanisms and enhancing transparency in all financial procedures. This commitment is consistent with international best practices and standards in this field, ensuring the highest levels of integrity and accountability. The Audit Bureau emphasized the need to adhere to the submission of periodic financial reports in a highly detailed and accurate manner, particularly with regard to bank account movements. This will enable the Bureau to perform its oversight duties optimally and with high efficiency.
For his part, Mr. Mohammed Al-Amin expressed the company’s full and unconditional commitment to enhancing constructive cooperation with the Audit Bureau, emphasizing that the company will facilitate all necessary procedures for the work of the Bureau’s monitoring, inspection, and audit committees without any restrictions.
